Located at the Northeast end of Tyseley Station, Tyseley Depot is just off the main line from Birmingham Moor Street to Stratford-upon-Avon. Being the Home Depot for the entire West Midlands Trains diesel fleet, it is able to carry out routine level 1-5 maintenance as required.

This particular project focussed on the accommodation of longer units as well as the upgrading of the roads 1-13. This was an intricate project due to the on-site museum and car park serving the public.
