Thanet Parkway Station is a new station in Kent and is part of a wider Kent Country Council strategy to encourage economic growth and regeneration on the Isle of Thanet. The aim of the Thanet Corridor Enhancements Program is to improve journey times and so has a programme of infrastructure enhancements needed to deliver this new station. The station remit consists of 12 single platforms, station forecourts, car parking and transport facilities.
