Providing Services as CSM-REA/RIR Lead, Supporting Network Rail and Arcadis. The current agreement supports the projects under IP-Signalling to ensure the successful delivery of the CSM and RIR. Specifically, the agreements with NRAP the ORR and the management of the associated processes.
The Supporting Services include:
Preparing a Hazard Management plan aligned with the requirements of CSM-REA
Preparing remits for the appointment of Assessment Bodies, Notified Bodies and Designated Bodies for the programme or individual projects
Production and submission of NRAP applications for all projects for endorsement and manage the NRAP process to its conclusion
Facilitating Hazard Identification sessions for each project
Ensuring all reasonably foreseeable hazards are collated and recorded by the project team
The production and maintenance of the hazard records for each project individually
Ensuring the correct Safety measures and Safety requirements have been detailed and evidenced in the Hazard Records
Assisting in the logistics of managing the Interoperability of projects and ensuring the appropriate clause by clause evidence is provided
Providing training for project teams when required
Producing the Project Authorisation Strategy and System definition documentation as required
Acting as a single point of contact for all projects with Assessment Bodies, Notified Bodies, Designated Bodies, NRAP, ORR and other approving entities
